How to change from monthly to annual plan

If you have a monthly subscription and want to change it to a yearly subscription, you can do so via your customer portal:

• You can upgrade your subscription anytime! You will need to go to the Customer Portal to upgrade.
• Enter your email address and select "Continue
• A one-time password will be sent to your email address. Enter the One-time password and select "Continue"
• Once in the Customer Portal, select your "Manage Subscriptions"
• Click on "+Upgrade"
• Select "Save Changes"
