Statement Descriptors

We’ve listened to your feedback and are making improvements to the way charges from our services appear on your bank or credit card statements. Beginning October 9, 2025, the transaction descriptions will be updated to clearly reflect the subscription you’re being billed for.

Depending on your subscription, you’ll now see one of the following descriptors on your statement:

Consolidated Invoicing

If you’re subscribed to more than one of our streaming channels, you’ve previously seen a separate charge for each subscription on your monthly or annual billing statement.

Starting October 9, 2025, all of your subscriptions will be combined into a single charge from Up Entertainment.

Don’t worry—you’ll still see each of your subscriptions listed individually on your invoice for clarity and recordkeeping.
